Molten Front Recipes Vendor

Anyone know if this vendor works properly http://www.wowhead.com/npc=53881/ayl...owstorm#sells? I found on wowhead that you have to complete quest for 125 marks to unlock vendor. I don't want to waste my time collecting marks if vendor is bugged.

Entire Molten Front doesn't even work on Cata so don't bother doing anything there.

But this isn't cata. Yes the vendor is there, but if i remember right you don't have to do that quest. I bought the witch hunter's harvester there.

All the venders work, you can get 125marks in 3 days of doing the dailies.
