Pandaria Rogue chep garr ambush

Hello guys am learing to play assa rogue (PVP). Am litle confused about opening spell rotation.
Frist lets see this video where i get opening rotation

1. He go in stelth

and rotation Cheep > Garr > Ambush

My problem is when i go in stelth and press Cheep spell am out of stelth spells and cant do Garrote and Ambus bcs am out of stelth.

Only if i go in Vanish i can do all that 3 spells in stelth (chep > garr > ambush) ...

Bug or ? Check video that guy dont go in Vanish he use normal stelth spell and he can do that 3 spell in one time. I can do that only when am in Vanish ...

Subterfuge make you use stealth skill for 3 sec
