HELP! I accydentally deleted my character

I accidentally deleted my character and I want to recover it. I had another character lvl 1 in my account and I wanted to delete that character, not the other lvl 80. Please, can you recover my character?

You can select character restoration. It should be free if you deleted it less than 24 hours ago.

It isn't free.. And i deleted my char aproximately 2 hours ago.

It might be changed then. Did you select currency - free? Even if it's not free it should be available for vote points.
