Okay so, over the past month or two, I have reported players for Donor Bashing, Exploiting, Scamming. And 99% of the time I've been fobbed off. Now, I don't mean this as hate towards the staff, so don't take it that way, but what is going on? I get told "It will be looked into" or "It will be investigated" and nothing happens, the players committing the offenses are still running around happily playing. Or I get told "We don't provide support for such cases" Is there something I'm missing? Has something changed over the last few months? Because I'm reporting players for the same reasons I usually report them for and have watched them get banned, and now people committing the exact same offenses are getting to run around Scott free. Is the server getting desperate for players or something? If I by any chance am right, and it is just the server getting desperate for players, have you considered stopping all the "fraudulent payment" bans, I've seen many people (a few of my friends included) who have been getting banned for that reason, when all they've tried to do is donate and the payment provider has refused to verify them for some unknown reason. Dunno if you guys are going through a new payment system or something, but if you are, you might wanna drop them. They're kinda losing you a load of players.
