I just recovered accound and When i try to buy items in trade system appears a message that says "You cannot purchase anything from trade until your currency reset is complete." i've spent some coins Leveling my char to lvl 85 but still can't trade coins for items and gold.

Someone told me to submit a website ticket to request a currency reset.

You need to use all of your refunded coins before you can buy things from trade with other players, not some.
You will only be able to use trade with brand new coins.

I'm having the same problem, tho I've bought coins 2 days ago, i bought some equip for it (everything went perfectly) and after that I've decided to do trading for the spare coins. I don't have any refunded, just "brand new", yet it is not working.

That's because you have a time limit to use any refunded coins and points as well, after which any unused is set to zero.
If you have no coin or point refunded whatsoever you can ask in a Support ticket for your currency reset to be forced. Non-refunded coins won't be affected.
