"If they play a female character they're always a guy" they will say. "Your mom and your sister don't count hurrrr" ok. That's some pretty ******ed logic, considering the number of people who qualify as either or are 100% female.

You can't expect logic on this server...most players are young boys who think it's cool to hate females. I'm told everyday that I'm not a female, I'm really a 50 year old guy and that females don't get online because they all belong in the kitchen.

Does "game players" include people who play Iphone games like Angry Bird or Candy Crush? I expressly remember a thread on this topic back in retail during Cataclysm where the numbers from Blizzard for female WoW players was something under 15%.

More people are playing more games of various genres across more platforms, with social games on mobile and casual games on PCs emerging as huge leaders.

Many women play games but as i can see most of them are casual gamers (that's not a bad thing, don't get me wrong).

According to that data ... Most of people here should be 31 years old on average. But as someone with a little sense would suspect that a global overall trends (Especially one that counts Mobile Gaming as overall gaming) may not apply to certain particular demographics.
