    Plans: Balanced Trillium Ingot and Its Uses

    do this dropped for me last night Plans: Balanced Trillium Ingot and Its Uses after killing around 40 mobs but when i learned this Plan it disappeared from my bags so i looked in my Blacksmithing Panel but couldn't find it there either, is it disabled or something?

    it was added in patch 5.4 and tho we are using the client 5.4.2 the contents seem more like 5.0.5
