I'm having a problem with the touch pad on my laptop only whilst playing WoW, Apart from that in Windows it works perfectly fine.

The problem:

When I'm pushing down W on my keyboard to move, The left click button (to target or change view direction) will not work until I let go of the W button, However, The right click button ALWAYS works (to attack,change direction etc)

I had a similar problem, The mouse would not move at all when using the keyboard, so I looked it up and went into the Synaptics settings and put the Palm Check Sensitivity all the way to the lowest and it fixed that problem, so I am guessing there is another setting that I am overlooking?
