No Albino Drake Reward

I reached 50+ mounts many months ago, however did not receive the Albino Drake mount as a reward. I have the achievement.
I have, at this time, over 140 mounts. I received both Dragonhawks when I reached 100 mounts, with no issue.

There is no Albino Drake in the points store, although it was pointed out that the Dragonhawks are there. unhelpful.

A game master informed me that they can't just add the mount to my account. I believe it should be possible for someone to check and confirm I have the achievements, so is there any way I could get that Albino Drake?

I created a second account, got 50 mounts, and then received the Albino Drake with no issue.

no one else has supposedly had this problem.

What do I do?
