Transfer problem.

I opened a ticket about this problem, but since noone replied to it, I'mma re-post this here.

So the problem is, that I didn't play here for a while, I didn't know that sargeras was being taken down or something.

One character, (pre-level 20) has a lot of heirloom gear, but I cannot transfer him sadly to frostwolf. I also cannot level him due to the server being down.

It'd be really happy is the gear was refunded or something, or if you guys let me transfer my char without him being at level 20.

It was made clear there are level requirements to do transfers and the realm would be taken down after some time. Not much can be done now.

It may have been clear, but during that time I didn't play at all. Atleast some kinda refund would be appreciated.
