Hello, i have pretty big donate history for this server and i have big history on marketplace. Any way lets go stright to the problem. I have many heroic items from Marketplace that i got for coins. And couple days ago one of my items just disapeared (Death Verdict Heroic). I was all day long on my pve gear. at evening when i switched to pvp i noticed that my Death Verdict is gone. I cheked my bags, bank and its not there.
So 3 (aug 31) days ago i created supporting ticket and it seems like GM's are refusing to help me. Is that what i get for all donations on molten wow? Missing heroic items for wich i paid my own money? I know that GM's can chek my donation and marketplace history at any time and they can give me my trinket back. But no, they dont do it. Are you expecting from me to donate again and buy the same item or what?
I would like to know even more how could item just disapear from my bags? Thanks for reading and lets hope that GM's wont delete this threat.

Actually GMs cannot read your donation history or altar in-game items.
You have to do that through a website ticket.
