My characters vanished suddenly!!! Please help? (money at stake)

Hello readers,

First of all i want to address an issue i've been having lately. After the big Molten WoW hacking, i had to recuperate my account in order to save it from being deleted. Been there done that, all went well. After that i've logged in the game and created some instant 90 chars via donation service and bought some items from the marketplace with Coins, all went well here aswell, till now when i've tried to login yesterday and all the sudden i found myself with 5 lvl 90 chars missing!!! How come that is possible when i know that i haven't given my account to anybody since well... it was my money at stake.

Can someone please suggest me what to do in this case? would preffer a GM to respond at this situation. Thank you very much.

P.S.: For GM's i can provide proof of transactions, buying history, last time login etc.

Later Edit: I looked inside the history of the transactions and looks like the items were bought for the Sargeras realm, which is no longer available... can be something done in that case?

Check on website if you can still transfer chars to Frostwolf. There were free transfers but I don't know if they are still available.
