    Can any1 write me a good macro to summon the tottems at once? is hard to summon one-one to raids..

    You cannot, MOP changed the way totems work and they are all now short buffs and have their own GCDs.

    Those 3 totems you see other shamans dropping are actually dummy totems that spawn when you drop one of your "real" totem. It's a glyph called Glyph of Totemic Encirclement that enables you to do that.
