Hi.. I just wanted your personal opinion.
Which class heals the best? PvE/PvP
Give me your opinion for both, if possible.
And yes, i know there is a few more topics with this or similar headlines, and yes, i know how to use "search" but all of the posts are out-dated.

PVE: paladin tank -> resto shaman -> resto druid -> holy paladin/holy priest -> monk :D :D

Restoration Shaman(With Healing Stream totem bug(Healing stream totem heals ALL raid members)) > Holy Paladin(Divine Purpose bug(infinite Light of Dawn)) > Prot Pala(With fixed vengeance) > Restoration Druid > Holy Priest

Not sure where would you put the Monk, since I did not see them in action. Anyway this is the list by my opinion.

Holy Priests and Paladins are much better than rShamans and rDruids in some fights. And overall they are better than rDruids in ToT10. In ToT25: rShamans > rDruids > Paladins
depends on your playstyle and skill

I am no healer but i'll say MW monk/Resto druid for PvP. I myself find MW monks hardest to kill healer in pvp, others healers are easy(just my opinion other ppl might disagree).
