I've heard Windows 10 can delete "non-legal" games.
My question is: will Windows 10 delete my wow if i play it in Warmane or another private server?

That news was inaccurate. It only pertained by services provided by Microsoft themselves. And does not affect Windows 10
I am using win 10 atm and it didn't "remove" any of my 1000 pirated games or software programs so far :p
Windows 10 records your keystrokes in a temp file and sends them to Microsoft every 30 minutes.
No, it wont do anything like that. You can be a pirate if you want but keep in mind that Microsoft is tracking everything that happens on your pc (in order to improve your experience with Cortana, give you relevant adds and optimizing your experience). This isn't anything new, Google and apple are doing this already.
As for deleting pirated content in general, I can see it coming in the future.
