Technical Restricted Proxy on student campus

So, this is the situation. Recently, I moved in student campus, and there we got this restricted proxy. I tried to log in-game, and on Starting Screen when I typed user name and password, it's stuck on 'Connecting' then 'Unable to Connect'.

I tried changing DNS (8.8.8.8; 8.8.4.4) and it's still the same thing, also some VPN Softwares, but it didn't help. Maybe I didn't configure it right.
If anyone had the same issue, and knows how to "fix" this, please let me know.

Only easy fix would be to ask the campus admin to open the portrange your wow client uses. But thats not going to happen ofcourse.

Indeed. Well, if some solution doesn't pop up, guess I will have to do Tethering on 3g/4g network.

I will not directly provide a link to the website that I mean but it is no. 1 on the google search list. I would recommend Pingbuster however you only get a 3 day trial either pay for the full version or ask your admins to unblock the ports or use your tether just make sure you dont incur extra charges from your mobile network provider.
