Hello there. I read that I need blablabla and submit a ticted to your site but when I came to a ticked submit page and wrote my "story" it only let's me chooce "Ban appeal" option so I can't create a ticket at all. I need to recover my two old accounts. Please help

Hello, Mandarinojus if I understand your issue correctly you are trying to recover two pre-wipe (otherwise known as Molten-era accounts) and are finding it difficult to do so; after the Molten wipe there was a period of time where we were able to recover our accounts and were compensated for the the distress of what had occurred. However, that period of time has passed and it is now necessary to directly contact Warmane staff in order to recover an account from this point in time. Thank u for your help. I don't need no chars or anything, played wow in blizzard servers for some time,then I stopped and after half of the year I decided to play here for a bit just for fun without spending money for game time cause I have not enough time to play when I pay. I just want my account with my email and everything else does not matter because when I play after some time I love to play from scratch. I will try contacting a gm for more help about this.
