1. That moment when you quest and you see this!

  2. It's after you kill it the first time it drops to the ground and respawns down there... It was weird cause i went up there and he wasn't there :P

  3. In retail the eye falls to a tiny dot hardly clickable. The eye spawning down there is obviously not correct.

  4. Corrected already, it was a general issue with flying creatures.

    Ah okay thank you :)

  6. While we're on the flying topic, sometimes when you dismount mid-air you dont fall down but instead you float in the air.

That *should* only happen if you're lagging/disconnected from what I recall.

Nah that happens to me and i never have delay or lag.

  9. Its Anti-Cheat picking up some false positives on Lordaeron, it is quite sensitive atm regarding fly and speed hacks (speed will just be noted down and a bit of a pullback will happen to the player)

Please know that something similar was on cataclysm aswell, it could lead to exploits actually.
When you fly into an instance portal (mmh can't think of one at the moment except TBC ones but still same story) while you just de-mounted you get this swim animation. When timed correctly you enter the instance in fly-mode without using any hack at all. While flying you can move on X-Y-Z axis and thus can go and kill any boss that does not have ranged abilities.

Hope you can get this tested before it will give more problems than do good. (Saying it just another time for sure.... this was what happened on cataclysm, I did not test this on lordaeron myself).

    EDIT:
Tested a little with this anti-cheat, it is as simple as using crusader aura (switching on and off, works "better" to test when going on off on off on off etc.). Whenever I run some random figures with my mouse while switching I get this pullback, and can't move forward without re-pressing the buttons. I can however move sideways ;p It is... very... sensitive indeed :)
