Crash in the activation of the event towards Spine of Deathwing

Hello.
My problem is the followed one: Every time I'm in the ship, and the event is activated to go to Spine of Deathwing, I have a crash. I never see a cinematic, not even the beginning of it. My game just crashes at the same time somebody [or me] starts the event by talking to the NPC.
I triggered the event with and without addons: there was no change. I crash either way.
I also tried to Disable/Enable cinematics in DBM, without any positive result but crashing.

This worries me deeply, because I'm unable to do the last bosses of the Instance.
I have a good computer, which supported Witcher 3, so chances that it's related to a FPS issue are quite low.

Any suggestion/fix will be deeply appreciated.

take all addons off for pve 1st because it's the biggest handicap in this game.

2nd i am not expert but last resort is to reinstall wow
