    Vial of the Sand Recipe

    Can u get the recipe on Frostwolf and HOW ? My Alchemy and Archaeology are 600 and don't know how to get the recipe or how to get the Canopi Jar in witch the recipe are . OR IS IT BUGGED

    first through all the epics x 4 and if you are lucky a filled canopy is your share.
