Please help me!!

I can't log in in my account! Every time I try, a message appears saying that I need to convert my account!! I don't know why it is happening, so please answer me quickly!

are you login in with your email address? usually that's what causes that msg. make sure you're using your warmane account name.

I'm using the warmane account! I have a lvl 40 draenei warrior!! The message appeared after lvling up some characters!!! That is why i started this topic

hmm, do you have anything runnin from blizzard? (can't remember what it is exactly but there's something by then that runs in the backround that can cause this as well). if not than you'll have to wait for someone else to read this as i'm out of ideas.

Somehow, I've started the download of original WoW, but i already uninstalled it!! Even after that keeps appearing the message. :(
