Connection to warmane (ms) issue

As of Yesterday when I try to enter the game, I had connection issues which I haven't had before hand.
It took me roughly 40 minutes just to log into the game tried roughly 3-6 times relogging
connection took roughly 2-5 minutes (some successful logs and some not)
character screen 3-5 minutes
and the actual loading of the game in-game with others was the 30 minutes.

It got better this morning with the loading but still ended up with roughly 4k-16k ms compared to 3-400ms (oceanic) whilst In-game.
I can still play the game, but as far as PvP and PvE are concerned its fairly hard. (tried on Wotlk, Cata & Mop realms)

No ones currently downloading so I don't think that comes as an issue, and I don't normally have that amount of lag if someone is downloading.

Anyone have clues or tips that may help me solve this issue (and possibly others having same problem)?

Its your Internet service Provider (ISP)who is responsible for such bad condition. Technically you should get highout 200ms response to anywhere around the world. Ofcourse if your ISP buys less transfer capacity on international backbones than its customers try to use there will be a bottleneck at some hop or hops along the way your packets take.
