    Account recovery

    Following a post on reddit I was given to understand I need to contact the support staff to recover my old account,this however does not seem to be possible since tickets only have one "subject" and that is ban appeal,I would like to know how and if it is possible to recover my old molten account?

    It's not possible anymore.
    It was possible until a week or so ago, meaning it was available for like 7 months.

    PS: Why am I still unable to create an account with my old email then?

    Old accounts that weren't recovered are undergoing a process to liberate their registered emails this week from what I've been informed, although I don't have anything more precise than that.
