Pandaria Where can i get high lev gear ?

i can not find any better gear. Auction house has none and i do not know where to find any

try go Townlong stepp, open map, you see a helmet sign, they sell valor and justice gears.

You can get rep with various factions. Then, do daily quests for valour points. Doing dungeons will gain you both Justice points and Valour points. Doing Battlegrounds will gain you Honor points and Conquest points. You can buy higher gear with those. Also, if you have cash, there are some good crafted items that come up in the auction house from time to time.
