Retrieve old molten-wow account?

Hello everyone,

Long time ago I was playing on molten-wow but now I can't log into my account. When I try to retrieve my password it says "The information provided does not match any accounts." but when I try to create account with the same username it says "That account name is already in use, try again."
I heard that the server had some problems with hack attacks, and some accounts were lost but based on what i saw does that mean I can still retrieve my account, since I've put a lot of hours into it.? And is there any connection between the old Molten-wow and the new Warmane server?

Well you missed out on a lot, the old Molten crashed and all data was lost, after a few days Kaer returned and we got free level ups, coin and point refunds and more... We could retrieve our Accounts as the basic Account information was not lost, I don't know if yo can still retrieve Account
