HELP!! Bug Report

Hello,
can someone make a Bug report for me (I don't have 30 total posts so i can't do it myself)

So, while i was playing on my Mage i found a bug regarding the ilvl of items that can be upgraded.
The problem is, every time i get in an instance/raid/bg with the rdf system my items loose their upgradable status and seem like non-upgradable items
which makes my character's total ilvl lower (i normally have 480 but when i get in a dungeon/raid/bg it gets to 476). This is happening until i relog (that's the only way i found that fixes it).

It's just a visual bug, the stats stay as they were...

are you sure? because when i was even lower ilvl when it happened i couldn't join raid finder
