Can't connect to Frostwolf?

I am like 3 days new to Warmane, 1-2 days the frostwolf server worked
But today it started to do weird? It started to say: Connecting.. every time.. or that i need an Battle.net account or something
I have searched the web, and someone did say that i needed to delete the WTF and Cache folders, i did that but it didn't work for me :(

I hope somebody can help me? ;)

Make sure you don't have any antivirus software or firewalls blocking the game's access to the internet. It's really hard to say what could be causing your problem without more information.

Sorry, i don't think i don't have more information.. Frostwolf did work yesterday. Today i tried to login and then it didn't work..
I am sure that my firewall don't block the game's access

Same issue here,i must precizate i dont have any anti-virus ,my firewals are OFF and i added for any metter wow.exe to exceptions and activated.
I got same problem on Neltharion today but i got on Frostwolf too like 1 month ago and from then is allways same .
I changed my realmlist in " set realmlist logon.molten-wow.com " and both joining and work fine ...excepting the big / noysing spam to change realmlist to new one .....but nothing seems make it work...i restart pc,i restart modem,i closed any program could be open on ...and delete cache....but nothing...i try to delete WTF too but on cataclysm wow dosent start keep get wow error ..and on mop dont change anything ...dont work.

I dont think Cata or Mop uses realmlist anymore. Theres a file called Config.wtf In WTF folder. Open it with notepad and check the first three lines, they should be :
SET locale "enGB"
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"
SET patchlist "logon.warmane.com"
Also typing in your email on login screen will connect the client with battlenet and forces to update your game, try also hovering your mouse over Wow.exe it should say File version : 5.4.2.17688

Thanks " raunod26 " your idea really worked...on both MOP and CATA...seems that even order counts since on MOP i had those 3 but wasnt on same order...I put them on MOP and CATA ..on cata i delete realmlist...i open wow.exe made a try of join with Email (didnt work) but probly unblock the situation...then eberything worked nicely .
