Unable to Transmog my Rogue

Hello I need help why i can not transmog my rogue when i click apply it does takes gold and it didnt apply for my rogue

What slots and items are you trying to transmog specifically? Remember that the standard rules apply, leather for leather, and daggers can only be transmogged with daggers.
