Issues resurrecting in dungeons

Hey all, I wanted to ask if anyone else had this issue, and if so, any way to fix this? Is it common?

Basically, if I die in a dungeon, and a group member tries to resurrect me, it will not give me the option to accept the resurrection. It is getting very aggravating having to run back every time I die (and it happens a good bit since I am lower 70s running with mostly 80s.

Are you seeing other party member names as Unknown? In that case you won't see anything that involves their names. At the beginning of dungeon type /reload. You might have to repeat it 2-3 times til you see all party member names.
