It is true that our raid leader can be ragey and very direct when things go wrong, but if you have the sort of mindset which characterizes heroic progression raiding (not that Neltharion offers genuine progression), it is mostly what you want to see. Not having a core group that is fail is so valuable that you'd take almost anything over that.
Unless you're happy with a casual bunch of raiding buddies, it's better to have what Hari is - which is occasionally/rarely too strong - than too weak. Too weak gets you a self-forgiving group which will include some My Little Pony raiders. Groups like that tend to slowly move toward stupid drama and fail. Too strong, on the other hand, requires thick-skinned and to an extent 'understanding' (or even, forgiving) raiders, but is less likely to gather genuine fail unto itself.
I can forgive an over-hard raid leader far more readily than a fail group. If I don't fail, I hope to see those around me not fail, and when our raid leader has even less tolerance for fail than I do, it makes things be better than they would be otherwise.
