Recovering Molten account

I tryed to login to my account today only to find out molten is no more.

I read it was possible to make a ticket and recover your account.

However the ticket only offers the option to apply for a ban appeal and therefor i cannot make a regular ticket.

My account name is apparently hijacked also since i cant register under the same name either.

What to do from here?

ok so i found this in the Q& A topic:

They stopped recovering accounts a few weeks ago. You can not create a new account with the same name because it's still taken by your old account. Accounts that have not been recovered will be removed soon and your account name will become available again.

I understand this but it makes no sense for me to continue playing here anymore if features as such are removed at any given point.

Server hijack is not my responsibility nor should it be my problem.
What I do know is that after the amount of time and money ive spent here, I dont feel like spending another minute or euro on this server anymore if there is no way to get any compensation for that which ive lost.

Weither or not I am a few months late it shouldnt matter if I want my account back.
