I cant register on this website

Hello guys...

For first sorry for my english I am only beginner and I am from Slovakia :P (I hope that you know where is it :D )

So my problem is that I can´t register on this website. (This account have my sister)

I has here account maybe 6 month ago... And I was playing here on Loarderon... So I want play again and i still trying register or reactive mine account, but if I try it still this error: "Your account need to be restored" How ? I know my email, password, name etc... I try restart my email adress, username but i don´t have account yet...

If i just try login on my account "incorect username or passaword"

So what now ? Please help me I want play :D

Currently, old account information isn't archived yet. So you'll need a new account name and email with which to register and play here.

I have just this email... and i want use my old account name here... :( Hmm, please when the database will be archived? Can you please fix only my account ? Please a I play here years... I can send you my email adress and username...

I'm unable to fix the problem for you. And I'm not sure when the old accounts will get archived. I would recommend making a randomly-named gmail (it's pretty easy) to create your account with. Just make sure you write down that email and password when you do it.

3) When database will be archived I will be have two accounts ? (My old account and new )
If i will create new account and I will be have 80 lvl i dont need old account anymore

You can delete my account in old database if you want... And i will create new with same username and email...

If your friends are having a problem, they need to use a different email.

1) We used to offer support on the website ticket system, but that has been discontinued.
2) No. Old accounts can no longer be restored.
3) No. When the old accounts are archived, they are removed entirely from activity and the name and email can be once again used for a brand new account.

If you did manage to restore your old account before we discontinued the account restoration, you wouldn't have your old characters anyway. All of them were lost.

I know that all my characters are deleted (or will be deleted) I dont have problem that i will lost my characters ... I want just use my username and email... So please delete my username in old database and then i create it again and i will be very happy.... :)
