WoD models how to remove it?

I just downloaded Wotlk not from warmane beacuse for some reason it didnt want to download. So I downloaded it from a torrent site. Everything works great but the thing that bothers me is that it has WoD models. How can I remove that? Having WoD models completely ruins it for me.
