So as most of you know, the long quest chain to get you to a non hostile standing with the sons of hodir is bugged, and so to get the rep you can kill a giant elite near the frozen lake beside the Hodir base for the quest. I did that, got the quest, and went to the anvil to turn it in. Here is the issue, it won't let me hit continue to turn in the quest. I have tried reloading the ui, logging out and back in, abandoning the quest, and restarting it, everything i can think of. People swear to me this is the way to get rep with them on warmane, but I cannot submit this quest and it is driving me crazy.

This area is full of phasing zones and i have been exactly where you are now. Its no use - dont waste your time. You may try getting around this with buying and using the http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Sons_o...endation_Badge but there is no guarantee that the Sons of Hodir Quatermaster will be reachable - or more technically the phasing switches for you and you can see and interact with the Sons of Hodir inside Dun Niffelem.
It didnt work for me on cata realms long ago but i managed this way successfull recently on Frostwolf (MoP). Only did half the quests of the chain and, bought like 30-40 badges to reach exalted and bought all i ever wanted from the Dun Niffelem Quatermaster.Edited: September 21, 2015

You don't need to buy that badge. This quest is completeable but you gotta know where to stand. You must go near the anvil, stick to its left side and press complete quest untill you can do it at some point. You need to go around to find the spot.
