If you're missing a title, it means you were logged in during the title redistribution, meaning that your stuff was re-saved and title wasn't applied. If you got the wrong title, which is very weird considering everyone else obtained the correct title per rank, I don't think we can do much but I'll forward your issue to the responsible person who will look into it.

Everyone should eventually get all of their titles, those that are missing it now and I also want to mention that all rewards are season-temporary, including the exclusive mounts.
