Wow lagging

Hi im just wondering if anyone else has had this problem that while your in game it runs fine no lag at all but then as soon as i enter a battleground every few minutes my FPS seems to drop to around 5 making it impossible to play the game for a few seconds.

PC specs:
Processor: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M
Graphics card: Sapphire 4gb r7 370 nitro

Running windows 8.1 64-bit

Not familiar with PC machines but, what happens when you turn down your graphics setting?

Some out of date addons can reduce your fps also, try looking into that too
Gladius 2 for example is known for that kind of fps drops

Even with settings as low as they will go doesnt fix anything :(
