Technical Character renaming not working

Hi,
One of my transfered characters in MOP realms (Rasgul) was flagged for a name change.
Everytime i try to do it - more then half an hour passes - and i still see the character selection screen without any change...
Then only solution is close game, enter again and play with other character.

Can you support on this?
