Technical Point Reset

Hello, I got my Points reset twice, since the wipe

When I came back playing I had some coins and 300 Points which I spent all, I gathered and spent points as I went, and it still said that it would remove points, so now 49 points were removed from my account, even though its been long since I septn all the 300, why did this happen?

I lost 4,9 days of devoted voting, can someone responsible look into this matter?

im aware of that, and i had 0 points at that time and spent everything, because i was aware of the reset

however, a second reset occured yesterday for me.

Then that was the reset that happens like 50 days after you recover your account. It also removes all points collected during that time. It's a known problem that apparently was not important enough to fix. There is no support for anything related to points so you won't be getting them back.

i didnt recover my account though, i started completely fresh, my account is old, yes but i didnt recover it

Your account is created in 2012 so it is recovered and was not created only after database loss.
