About the server

Hey good afternoon If this is not the right place please move Its my first topic i open so please be nice :)
I wanted to ask you guys a question that bother me
I play wow for like 3-4 years.
Well, my question is :
I play on Froswolf MOP server
Ive got a Monk level 67, and I very enjoy him
My question is this :
I mostly looking for PVE, and there is PVE in MOP server ?
If not, what is the best WOTLK server that have pve?
Im not a big fan of PVP so I dont want to level my Monk to 90 and then
no raids and none of pve in the server.
Please answer me if there is PVE in MOP + what is the best WOTLK server for PVE and whats the rates.

there is pve content in mop, but you will need to join guild that does pve. Lot of content is not scripted on MOP so i would not recommend playing MOP, as for wotlk lordaeron will be best server for pve, cause lot if not all content is or will be scripted and working and its rates is 1x. For the rest of servers i can not tell you.
