Which server should I choose?

We'll i'd recommend you to choose Lordaeron.why? Well, it has much more players, frest start and x1 experience.And wotlk is best expansion..
On other hand u shouldn't miss Cataclysm,althought it has less population and more bugs, it's good server.

Just there are 2-3 things which... First I like a lot transmofigation (i don't know the exact spelling). But I would definetly like the experience in WoTLK.
Dungeon finder is disabled and how should we gather emblems with which to buy gear?

There is no transmog in wotlk, the only realm with that is a PvP realm with instant 80, Blackrock.

Is it worth it more playing in Lordaeron than Neltharion?

If you like leveling with 1x rates, less bugs, pve content, and wotlk then go with Lordaeron. If you like transmog, cataclysm, balanced pvp, 7x rates (faster leveling) and a low amount of bugs go with Neltharion.
