i cannot access my original account

my original account name is Panzer843
it's registered on gmail

i cannot recieve my account or change my password because it's says that account name doesn't exist, so i try remake a new warmane account on panzer843 but it says it's taken already with the same email adress can you guys please investigate is issue i have my gmail account.

Btw this account has been registered for a long time when molten wow was still there
