I have several issues that i need help with

First off i cant find anybody that trains the Turbo charged flying machine any where. Is this a bug or is it simply not in the game

Im currently exalted with all the factions exept with in the Horde expedition but im only Revered with them

I am trying to align my self with the oracles but the quest chain that im on is bugged in which i need to catch chickens that dont exist

any help would be much appricated

Each faction has 1 trainer that teaches it. Horde one is here: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=25099/jonathan-garrett

I think you could get more reputation with it by doing Argent Tournament quests.

Last time I checked they were there. Try to abandon and retake the quest. They might spawn then.
