A few questions about PvP on Frostwolf

Hello fellow wow players,
I want to know a few things about PvP on this realm before I join it.

1-Is it balanced the battleground win? I mean Alliance and Hordes victories are split in half and half or is there a faction that wins the most?
2-How long does it take a bg to call? (Alliance and Horde)
3-Are all skills working fine and no major problems on classes that influences the PvP dynamic?
4-All arenas and battlegrounds are working?

1) The Team with more " Green " player lose, so usually it is around 50/50 , if you join some premade you have more than 50% chance to Win of course
2) Almost Instant for both factions ( max 2 mins if it is a premade)
3) There are some spell/talent bugs but PvP is definitively enjoyable, so it won't influeces PvP dynamic*
4) 5 of 7 arenas working, 5 of 11 BGs, RatedBGs are working.

* there is a BuffStacking Bug which keeps 3s unbalanced, so if you care about 3s...

^ the above poster is accurate. win/lose is relatively equal on both sides, you'll lose most of your games unless you're in a premade, in which case you'll win most, or all if i'm in the premade ;) lol. both have short queues, i think comment 3 needs more elaboration though. some specs of classes are more bugged then others. i play every single class, unholy dk for example has some pretty gamebreaking bugs. yes, i can win most arena matches as unholy, but most of those i could win easier as frost, which should not be the case particularly vs. healer comps.
