Why this happened? :| Just earlies today i was still having 2 weeks and 4 days left to use my coins.
Why this force reset?
How is this possible?

Make a ticket, you'll be given 24 hours to re-use.

There is a bug under Warmane/account/support/do=new
From the ticket category selection tool, the only option available for selection is to chose BAN APPEAL.
I can only make a ticket for BAN APPEAL and even if i try to make the ticket on BAN APPEAL when submiting it won't let me make the ticket without chosing a banned character.

I can't do tickets, is there any other way?

It's not a bug. Only premium accounts can use support system on website. The only other way of contacting support is by email: [email protected]
