How is the Halloween Event to be handled?

Will we have to wait until next year to farm the Headless Horseman and stuffles like that?

I don't really have a specific question, just curious if there are any plans to include players "leveling up" in this event or we will have to wait until next year to participate fully?

I was wondering about this too, but I guess that Warmane can just "resize" the whole event or re-design it?

It is unlikely this will be tuned to be doable for players this year. It requires attention from a developer for what would technically be custom content (and short-lived at that) instead of working on other, more important things, for Lordaeron's long-term development.
