Faction Change

Hey there,

so i want to change my faction. My question is : do t9 pieces and Ulduar Bracers get converted into the other fations version automaticly or will i have to get them in the version of my new faction again?

All faction specific items will be converted to the corresponding items from the faction you're changing to.
