I never said I'd do both at the same time.
My original plan was to play an elf (named Radvo, not Goldrinn/Lo'gosh), and get Quel'Delar... just for myself, nothing else... But that flopped fast as I'm not that fond of blood elves, and reading through blood knight lore just made me not want to play one anymore...

Ok good. Because that sort of thing they refer to as "god-moding", and it's the one thing they hate the most.

Illidan was part of the burning legion though (which is, as we know, made up of mostly demons.... Either eredar or twisting nether demons) (and orcs, but really, there's only 2-3 clans of orcs allied with the burning legion left)

Whelp, all I know about him is based on skim-reading through wowwiki... Where is his story even told ? Stormrage? Well of Eternity?

I'm following this list and both those books are pretty far away from where I currently am (2, lol).

Most of the stuff I learned about him was from WC3. The books are essentially repeating that with finer detail. Of course there are parts in the books that aren't in the games, but the expansion for WC3 goes decently in-depth on Illidan's ascension to power in Outland.

I just can't RTS.. They're the death of me, alongside platformers and tycoon's.
