for almost 1 week im getting this from both of my account one donor and a non donor accnt. how to fix this 0.o

Get 1000 achievement points and log into the game on the day you try to collect points.

1000 :O Thats a lot man i had some good geared lvl 85 chars and none of em had 1k lol

As long as you don't have at least 1000 achievement points, you will not receive any points, as in , you will not be eligible for points and will always have the message you referenced "You do not have any points to collect."
