    Need Help Friend can't play game!

    My friend is having issues when he tries to launch the game he says it tries to connect to blizzard's servers and patch the game. He tells me that when it does that he can't play, any suggestions?

    He can't use the launcher he must use the wow.exe to run the game.

    also make sure he's not logging in with his email.
