Missed reward for quests

Good evening, people. I've faced with this problem recently and I don't know how it could be fixed.
Yesterday I was playing my character on Lordaeron server in Hillsbrad Foothills and did two quests: "Souvenirs of Death" (need to collect 30 human skulls) and "Syndicate Personnel" (need to kill 10 Syndicate Rogues and 10 Syndicate Watchmen). When I returned for my reward and got it I was disconnected from the server. So then I logged in again and found that my rewards - item (ring) and experience for these quests just got lost. And that's an interesting thing: I got my 30 skulls back, but I didn't have these quests in my "Quest log". Moreover, I couldn't took them again from NPCs.
I thought that it will be normalized some time later somehow as it happened already with my previous in-game glitch with achievement, but, unfortunately, this problem is still there. I need help with this. :(

Glitches happen. Basicaly not much anyone can to about it beside trying to make the servers stable - which warmane team is making shure 24 / 7 i bet.
